Great customer service, however I hate the device goes off every 10 minutes it's very distracting and also hazardous. Revision: A supervisor contacted me and explained in great detail how some states have random retest requirements. She also provided tips on how not to get locked out and also how often it needs recalibrated. She spent about 20 minutes educating me on the system and beat practices so I updated my review from a 3 to a 5. Customer service is impeccable.
