Great service
Started off rough with tech issues, but after reaching out to customer support I was assigned 1 rep through out the process. Blanca the customer advocate rep went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and keep me posted with updates along the way.
Excellent experience… they were very quick to respond and extremely helpful. They helped me as I had to switch companies quickly. Very good customer service, and being that I’ve had five years with one company yet have five more to go they have already impressed me. I look forward to another year of driving safely. 👍
