I was not pleased with my experience at Jack's collision. First of all I live in Shreveport at 71104 ZIP code. They set up an appointment way across town when I had a place within walking distance a half a mile from my house. I had to pay for extra To Lyfts due to the fact of them at Jack's calling me and telling me to go get my car it was ready.
