If I could take away stars I would. This is the most Godawful company I've had to deal with in my life. Because this thing is court ordered they hold you hostage for the duration of your sentence and make up rules as they go along. They outsource the call center to some 3rd world country. Any U.S court system that uses this company should be ashamed of themselves because I learned there is a company that does the same service right out of Cincinnati and everything is American. I give this nightmare of a company-100 stars.
