The service center is top notch 5 stars and the owner was so pleasant that I am going to have them do all of my light accessories and the brush guard im getting. Intoxalock, on the other hand, had failed to send my DL-21 form to penndot three times and I was repeatedly told that it was sent but each time I went to the dmv, it was not. The service center is top notch 5 stars. Intoxalock has failed to send my DL-21 form to penndot three times. I was repeatedly told that it was sent but each time I went to the dmv, they told me that intoxalock had not done their job and followed through with sending the form. They are incompetent and will waste your time and money. GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
