Absolutely terrible. The customer service agents for Intoxalock are rude and not remotely helpful. In situations the device is not working properly or customer service gives incorrect direction they will not reimburse. Due to language barriers it is nearly impossible to work with customer service agents. I highly recommend another provider rather than Intoxalock. This directed to the Intoxalock Company. NOT RED BARN AUTO - who are absolutely amazing and the only source of comfort I have anytime there is an issue.
