I had to get a recalibration done within a short period of time. The gentleman at Soundcraft said not a problem stop by and we will get it done. My device was going to lock out because of a missed rolling test that was needed to be done and I missed it cence I wasn't familiar with the device at that point. Anyway when I stoped by he said I had to call them and get a work order so he could recalibrate the unit.
