I suggest you run from this company. Please look at all the bad reviews for intoxalock before making a decision. Intoxalock and Mindr are not good companies to deal with. This company will take your money. It's been known to leave people stranded and the tactics that they use will keep you from getting your drivers license back. Their customer service is garbage and it looks like most of their good reviews are from fake accounts.

I also agree with this company scamming money over bogus lockouts. It leaves me stranded alot vehicle won't start then you gotta wait in the line 20-45 mins for a representative to talk to you. Then you have to carry tools with you so you can unhook battery to reset the junk. My Camara quit I had it replaced. The service center charged me$100 for the Camara and to install it. After my last 2 reviews and still not able to get thru on the phone a rep named Dan called me and took care of everything. His service was good! Thank you for taking care of the problem!! However it still shouldn’t take bad reviews to get customer service and now I will never let his number go because you still can’t get thru on the regular number
