Horrible I got hung up 5 different time then had to restart this whole process of this car accident thing I spent over 4 hrs trying to get this intoxalock thing after my no fault accident also there is not one person in your customer service that can speak English it makes it very hard to explain the situation when you can understand a word they are speaking
