do not get Intoxalock. You will not get them on the phone. I’ve been off probation 2 months and they continue to charge my card even though they are the ones that need to call me about removal for the device. I will never recommend this company. Get smart start instead.
Literally horrible company. Save your money and go to smart start. They are scammers. I’m so disappointed. They pray on people that are already in terrible situations trying to rebuild their lives. Edit: they reached out to me and listened to my issues and paid for the remainder of the few months I have left with the device. He was really nice and understanding
