had install apointment, drop off car the day before and they still didn't do it I had an install apointment schedualed 10 days out. They will not except people waiting for there install. Which is a major inconvience seeing how one getting this device doesn't have a License. There for not only needing a driver need someone else to follow the car and drive to the shop to drop it off and then agian the next day to pick it up. It's hard to rate the experience, the staff was great, very nice, helpful. When I was taken to my car, I noticed there was a substantial crack in the windshield, having been inspected only a few days prior and not driven other than the quart mile home from the garage where inspected, I went in and alerted the staff. The crack was right under where the camera had been installed for the intoxalock . The shop did not claim responsibility and now I have a 300 dollar bill that I don't have enough to afford.
