I received a call back with regards to the below review I left. I was surprised but I am glad they did. They ended up crediting me back the last two fines I received to make it right and I appreciate that. While they are still difficult to get in touch with, when you take care of the customer it does help when they deal with it head on. I moved this review up to a 3 start from 1. This company is extremely difficult to work with. I was to receive a voucher for $99 credit and I had to fight tooth and nail to receive it. Then immediately after, they claimed my vehicle was loosing power and fined me for it, to the tune of over $90. Imagine that. Good luck with calling and speaking to a live person. They have no chat option any longer and when they did it was subpar. I recommend people go with any other option but them.
This company kills your batteries and leaves you stranded when you pay them a crap load of money for there outdated garbage I have a Mercedes and my battery replacement will not be cheap.
