Do not get the Intoxalock system. The worst customer service. They find every thing to lock out your vehicle and charge you for it. I have had it for 7 months with 2 lock outs and I never drove. i just find out it’s locked out when it’s time to get calibrated lol don’t get it
Very helpful and professional. Install had an issue but they got me in right away and fixed the problem.
Great folks. I probably wasn't the easiest customer as 72 hours after install, I scheduled an appointment to have a "vehicle switch". Friendly unassuming crew at H&H Services. Encountered a " Run wire" message just after picking up our vehicle. Turned around and although busy wrapping up other projects before the holiday, they immediately got the vehicle back in the shop and resolved the issue. Thank you H&H. As for IID providers in Alaska, do your homework before selecting a AK. certified provider. You have several options.... read more
