was kind and thouroug.
They lied and misrepresented my costs. They never told me about the hidden fees like calibration costs and when I got a court ordered half ignition price for my interlock they said they would accept but lied about it. Its a scamming company that works with car dealers and don't tell you the entire cost but lie.
Very friendly with fast service and a great, knowledgeable explanation of how to use the device. Makes the pain of all the expenses and hardship that come with an OWI a little easier to deal with.
