48 hours has passed and waiting to get the device removed. My 90 days was up a week ago. Everything I call the customer service I get a different story about what is going on and how long it will take. I have hold on hold to take to a supervisor for over an hour. If this was not mandated by the courts, this company would be out of business. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are a nightmare. Update Jan 2. Garden state has very professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint isn’t about the shop more the unit it’s self. It goes off during driving a lot more than other devices. And the mouth piece is absolutely horrible.
