Worst company in the world to communicate with. Screwed up my device removal cuz they told me they had received approval from the state to remove it and hadn’t and because of them I lost my license for a year! Current speaking with an attorney on how to pursue charges against intoxalock!

This is one of (if not the) worst companies on the face of the planet. If you are required to have a Breathalyzer installed in your vehicle avoid this company like the plague, there are others!!! In fact, CST is being sued for outright stealing the technology they're using from one of the other companies which is no surprise to me. They literally deserve 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Their device caused major damage to my vehicle which they tried getting out of by having their service center sabotage my vehicle's engine... read more
