After device was installed my windows wouldn't roll up. My blinkers weren't working. Hood popped message displayed. Service 4x4 system displayed. I wad sposed to surprise my kids for father's day. Got stuck at Service center andvhad to get picked up. Ruined my whole fathers day weekend plans. Round 3 of terrible customer service. 2 or 3 days a week I've tried to reach someone that I can be understood by and vise versa. After being put on hold for 40+ minutes at a time to get hung up on or told to call back is very frustratin... read more
