I had an excellent experience if they handled it professionally
Everything was great, until you remove your device. We had the device removed based on state approval on May 6th. The company continues to try and charge us the monthly fee, and termination fees, etc. etc. When you try to reach them online they state no agents available. When you call, forget it, you had better have a few hours. What a joke. **ADD** I made the payment online that they stated we owed for a "termination fee", make sure to read over your contract they have a lot of "hidden fees" and then the business tried to r... read more

BUYER BEWARE OF CHARGES Worst experience. Charges are way higher than agreed about. Failed readings left ke without a vehicle until I finally gave up and had the system removed after only one month, and in that time I paid over $400 not including the tow fees. also you should know that they start charging you on the day you call, not the day it's installed
