The practically non-existent "Customer Service" is a nightmare at Intoxalock. Multiple times I have been hung up on and had to deal with "Rude" customer call center agents. The product works as intended and most end users are in “required to use” mode. A more compassionate attitude from customer service agents could go a long way for delivering a higher level of end user support. Just saying.
