Terrible.
My whole experience with this company has been a nightmare. Install was great but from day 1 my account billing has been all wrong. I've call custom service and tried to get it straightened out several times with no luck. Shut my car down and left me 25 miles out of town & could not reset. Roadside service only works 10 miles from your service shop. Service techs can not fix anything. Horrible time.
It was a good experience, they made me feel real comfortable
