Update: A supervisor called me and fixed the issue. He was kind, made things easy to understand. He offered several resolutions from me to choose from and offered great customer service! My issue was mainly with the installer, intoxalock has proven they value my business. Original issue: Device was installed correctly i assume, it works. Customer service was awful, they did not show me how to properly use the device, and when I had futher questions the guy just walked away. Then i walked back in because i was not given the proper paperwork, and i was ignored. I had to youtube how to use it properly. Well, today I go to the DMV to reinstate my license and they did not even send ANY documents to the dmv. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have a voluntary lease to ensure that my teenagers can't drink and drive. If I had another option to use, I would do it. I can't seem to find another option that services my area. The safety of my children and their friends is more important than the constant frustration I feel with this company. I had originally posted a negative review based upon some experiences I had, however, deleted it & am re-posting this review in light of the very positive/prompt service experience I had with Daniel this morning - he quickly resolved my issue & did so very professionally, for which I am very appreciative :)
