There is no option to cancel on their web page, the device sapped our battery and ruined our electrical system, had it removed at a place they recommended and they are still taking money out of our account. Have tried to cancel unsuccessfully 3 times DO NOT use this company, if you find the right review site, they are ALL negative, our car is ruined, they still take money, and you have no way to contact them as they will not answer the phone, and may call back or not. I wish I could get this message to everyone.
