I have had this device for three years and it has drained two sets of batteries until they will no longer take a charge. Then, I get charged a $100 Lockout fee. They've replaced the unit once for battery drain that helped temporarily, but we are right back where we started now. It gets worse in colder months when the unit has to warm itself up. Updated*3/8/25* I recieved a call from Intoxalock and Brandon definitely addressed each issue i had. He in fact corrected the issues, apologized sincerely for the misinformation from sales, credited my account and even gave me a direct number to contact him in the future. I am very please with how he handled my concerns. Im changing to 4 stars and I greatly appreciate all of his help. Maybe I originally got 1 person who needed a bit more training...? Was quick installed, and they showed me how to operate. Took awhile to get going correctly, but got it figured out. However, o was supposed to get a rebate back on December and no have to worry about payment for December. Yet I was charged, and never received rebate back from.
