I did everything that was expected not only of the courts, the whole intoxalock service I've never paid the agreed amount biweekly (always more) have had multiple lockouts for no true reason (money grab?) I've now been paid up in full for removal of with extra $ in the account, have scheduled multiple times with the app, no phone calls. Having the intoxalot in my car was a little difficult, but after a few conversations and a little adjusting things got better. The issues was resolved and I feel better about the whole process now. Make sure to pay attention to the rules don't let your battery die and don't get frustrated, myself I'm gonna make sure I'm not in this position ever again. Calling a cab is so much easier
They are courteous and efficient. I truly appreciate that.
Car Toys is great! All the guys that have done service calibrations are very cordial. They always listen to me vent about the hiccups I have had with my hand held device and give great input on how to handle the issue by giving a call to Intoxalock or by going to the app. I am not sure of the guy that helped me today 5.8.25 but he sure is nice!
