Brandon from Compliance was nice enough to follow up until the device removal and contacting MDV in my behalf. Made sure I followed all the steps until device removal.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I called the service center to ask for help, someone answered then I was hung up on. Online says they are open until 8. I drove to the shop, where their door says open until 8, and they were closed. Needs updated information!!!
Car won't start at all. After having it installed 2 weeks after installation. Mechanic won't help!!!@
This is absolutely the worst company. I cannot even put in words how terrible this company is. 0 zero stars if possible.
