When you get to speak to someone, customer service is great. Trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare. Called several times and hang up at 45 mins to an hour on hold each time. Not sure how long it would have taken. Says there is an option for online chat but never saw it on mobile app or even on desktop computer.
I tried some other device by smart lock and because of my lungs, I could not operate . This device by intoxalock is much easier to test. However, the tip falls out easily or else probably get 5 stars.
