I recently had an Intoxalock device installed in my car and had a problem with their local service provider. I contacted the Intoxalock company in Iowa about it and a gentleman promptly got in touch with me. He very politely resolved my problem. I’m a firm believer in it’s not that the problem exists, it’s the manner in which it’s resolved, so I’m giving them 5 stars. Also, we received good instruction outside in the car. Did appreciate the instructions for use of the Interlock device which was installed on Dec 2, 2025. However, my wife took my car in for installation for a 9:00 appointment. She was there for at least 5 hours before the car was finished and released. She arrived at 8:50 AM. I was told by one staff person that the reason it took so long is because they didn’t have the schematics for my 2023 Buick, a popular car.
