Complained daily something wrong with hand set some as I got it. Customer service representatives are rude once your a customer except one named Anne. Keep blaiming me for the 20 year old technology issues and then want to charge 75 dollars for lockouts plus installers labour each time. Hadset finally died and week later still going around with them for a replacemen They just wanna nickle dime you and if you can't afford to pay them they say your committing felonies.
