The installer was excellent. But when I signed up I was told that the installation was $260. The installer told me it was $360 because I needed a camera. James Lutz needs to start paying attention to what the customer needs and how much it’ll cost. I was not ready for a $100 discrepancy. Please go back and do some homework. This place overcharged my friend and willingly installed her intoxilock ignition wrong so that she would have to go there multiple times to get it fixed. They’re crooks and I wouldn’t go to them
