Experience was terrible. No one has actually helped me with what I need. I keep asking for a certificate of voluntary install and was told it would be sent via email 24-48 hrs and I called back 48 hrs later and it was never sent. The only email I keep sending is the certificate of install which is not what I need. I have court next week and this is starting to get ridiculous.
The installation at Zippos was very quick. They were also very knowledgable too.
