Worst customer service ever. They experience technial problems on their end with devices and blames you for it, call in and u will wait a min of 2 hrs to get someone on the line and still wont get the issue resolved. Good luck, you will need it. Update: I was contacted by an rep. named Isaias and we discussed what happened on this incident and he was very professional about it.
