Rite Way installed the interlock system in my vehicle and took me through how to use the thing , he made me comtable about how to use it and let me know if I need any assistance to let him know
This guy is great, and a nice guy.so was his employee (sorry I don't remember his name) I have COPD and they let me test on another one they had installed on their lot so I didn't waste money on installing the intockalot device!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. So far they have lied about all the costs from installation to start up. At first I thought all the bad reviews were ppl mad they had to have an interlock device installed. Well I was wrong they speak the truth. I also noticed about every 5 minutes the infra red light goes on from the camera. Which is going to kill your battery if you don't start the vehicle every day. The service center said it has no draw of amps which is also a lie even with vehicle off. Don't recommend they are taking ... read more
