Intoxilock sucks as a company and they try to charge fees for everything but TrueCare Automotive in Shingle Springs is awesome to deal with when getting the Intoxilock calibrated. Intoxilock said I had to have my device removed to have my car transmission serviced since nobody wanted to work on my car with it installed. It was just a way for them to charge another fee to my account.
