Wonderful staff - very knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
Terrible - installation was 4 hours late, employee did not tell me about additional costs and since I left a similar review previously, the individual I was working with, James Lutz, refuses to answer my calls or emails. I truly wish I had worked with another company on this matter. This experience has only stressed me out and I am unable to get any answers from anyone there

Seemless installation. Very helpful in explaining and showing how it works. Overall would recommend using their service. Update: Removal process was just as seamless. Made my appointment through Intoxalock for the following week. Had a 9am appointment. Removal was completed within an hour. Quick, thorough, and friendly service.
