Good luck getting someone to ANSWER the phone to have your device REMOVED. They won’t answer the phone, tried every option just to get someone on the phone only to be told it’s handled by “some specialist” last person said they didn’t have a phone number to give me if we get disconnected, she could only transfer the call! This is soo wrong! I have had this for far longer than my completion simply cause they won’t answer the phone! I tell them I’ve been waiting for an hour.
