After not being able to reach an Intoxalock agent for a week and a half, Isaias, one of the supervisors got in contact with me regarding my device removal and was able to get everything squared away within 15 minutes. I do appreciate the call back from a supervisor.
I have been trying to reach an Intoxalock representative regarding the removal of my interlock for a week now. I have submitted all required permissions from my monitoring authority both through email and the app and have yet to receive approval or even a response. I’ve called 6 times now only to be put on hold for an hour and a half before I have given up.
