This is the most frustrating device in the world. Its killed two brand new batteries in the span of three months, and the company won’t let you do something as simple as changing a battery without taking it to a shop. Also, there’s no way to reach customer service of any kind through the app or the website. I had to search Google for about 20 minutes before being able to find a number that links me to people reading a script who can in no way help with whatever issue the device is causing. This guy is a joke. Outrageous rates and you have to go to his house. We called the company for this and paid the same amount he charges to have it done remotely. It's funny how when you ask him for help with little things he will respond quickly, but then when having issues with larger things like power issues, lockouts and faulty wiring, he avoids the calls and messages. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER.
