This thing is beyond unsafe. They make a big deal about texting and driving but these things are worse. You get completely distracted blowing into this thing while driving, then if the mouthpiece falls off which happens way too often then you are trying to find the stupid plastic piece that’s by your feet. The devices are faulty, and do not work right half of the time. Then when you call customer service, they barely speak Broken English, are EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending. They treat people like yhe scum of the earth, instead of understanding that people make mistakes. And, not EVERYONE is court ordered to have these devices, mine was BY CHOICE. Very rude on the phone call. Appt is for 9:00 AM and informed it would an all day drop off. Ask for an explanation of “ all day drop off” and the response was they will get the removal done on their time. Car Toys Parker
