In and out once a month, no appointment necessary. Great staff.
Installation was fine, pre installation was fine. I was assured and reassured multiple times by Michael P. In Des Moines that he was there to help with any/everything. I haven’t heard from him since. He got the sale and that was it. I’ve sent multiple emails and text messages. I’m not sure he even works there anymore, at this point. Can I get SOMEONE to help me, please?
Device would not work after about 1 day . Needed device removed . Got the car towed to the shop. Intoxalock never sends work order after setting up the appointment. Waited on hold for an hour to get to customer service. Whoever I spoke with Francesca was pretty rude. Waited another 30 minutes with her to get the order sent over to service shop. Finally got the device removed 4 hours after my appt. Due to the service shop being good people( Santa Fe audio). Spent 400 bucks for 2 days of the worst customer service ever. And to... read more
UPS was late, but they got right on it and the install did not take hardly any time
