I'm currently on my 4th battery, numerous headlights blown, and random sensors replaced. Mechanic says it's 100% this old technology shorting everything in my vehicle. Just wait till you try to call their customer service center and get a person from India reading off a script that tells you that there is nothing they can do about your violations caused by the old equipment shorting your battery. $70 more dollars to a predatory company. Do yourself a favor and go with any company other than intoxalock.

I have a great experience at this service center - however the equipment is faulty from intoxalock. It should not take 10 minutes to start the car.
In and out once a month, no appointment necessary. Great staff.
Installation was fine, pre installation was fine. I was assured and reassured multiple times by Michael P. In Des Moines that he was there to help with any/everything. I haven’t heard from him since. He got the sale and that was it. I’ve sent multiple emails and text messages. I’m not sure he even works there anymore, at this point. Can I get SOMEONE to help me, please?
