Customer service always seemed like they were annoyed or unhappy to take a call, and were basically just robots reading a script so not much outside the box thinking. I have had 4 lockouts when I haven't missed a breath or failed a test, but this thing can't handle being cold for very long so it malfunctions at random times. Seems like one big money grab with numerous reasons to take "fees" with no recourse for the customer
