My experience was incredibly disappointing. I was very much misled on what to expect. No conditional license on first day, takes at least 20 days. Was leaving for Florida 5 days after installation, was showing someone how to work so battery wouldn't run down, Couldn't. Was locked out. How? Why? Then debit my account another $122.62 on 4/2 before I got back from Florida. Had to have car towed back to installer to have removed. Couldn't wait to get it out of my car. Quite aggravating!!
