I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Intoxalock and sales specialist Kyle Friedman. Before my installation, I was never clearly informed or provided with a written quote stating that I would have to pay $1,200 directly to the service center. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle near closing time, I learned that payment had not been handled as I expected and that I had to pay the full $1,200 out of pocket before I could retrieve my vehicle. It's very frustrating but I believe is just a matter of time. I will surely get used to it.
I got to be honest, intoxalock has been good since I got it ….a little rough at first but once I got use to things I haven’t had any complaints except one .I have been trying to pay once a month and it says that you can pay once a month but I haven’t been able to set it up that way cause they are preventing me from doing it .See by paying every two weeks they get an extra payment every so often.
