The computer to this thing never shuts off and killed the battery in my car causing it to send a dead battery code to intoxalock costing me hundreds of dollars between the replacement battery and the fine from intoxalock. then on the removal of the machine they claimed they were going to cover 100% of the removal fee for the device where the shop charges 195 intoxalock only paid 150 costing me more money then I should have had to pay, also they give there shops a hard time paying them as well. Amazing customer service. Very personable and approached the situation with the utmost respect. Definitely recommend!
Simple problem, or so I thought. The breathalyzer killed my battery, so I did what I thought was the best thing and bought a new one. Had it installed and went on my way. The next day I was scheduled for my Intoxalock service. Got it done without a problem BUT I got a bill from Intoxalock for $ 75.00 for not calling them before changing my battery.
