Awesome work it's all wiring and that's all they do so plan to drop car off for whole day and trust the process with them!!
There were some technical issues at first, but Brandon Howard called me and completely fixed my issues and then some. Honestly wasn't expecting someone to get hands on with my problems. I just thought I would have to pay the money cause I have to keep the interlock. I really appreciate the hands on approach. Definitely would recommend.
The worst place to get a recal done. It’s way easier to go to literally anywhere else. They make up their own verification rules and every time it’s something different. Not only that but it’s ten bucks more expensive on top of the hassle
If you have ANY other options, do not use this company! I have had to schedule multiple hearings with my state’s DMV to justify equipment failure and device replacement (two times). One of my hearings was because Intoxalock had sent NO reports to the state for several months. It requires hours of paperwork (and additional customer payment) on the paying customer's time to request records, to rectify this lapse on the part of Intoxalock.
