The lady at front desk was so kind and explained all the complicated red tape to me and my husband . She’s awesome . The machine however has made my husband almost wreck on two lane interstate 15 times going off and on making him pull over to take the test again and again . The noise alone will scare you enough to crash. It’s been months now and the lady at the front desk is still very kind to me! Intoxilock is a different story.
