Matt, the installer, has been great from install to removal. You don't want to deal with customer service. If they help you with anything it takes a lot of time and effort on your part.
Matt was great to work with and very personable. I've requested him whenever I need service.
Not a fan of intoxalock have had it for one year and nothing but problem's tried to call them they put me on hold for 45 minutes just to tell me that I have to have my car towed cause they need install a new device I didn't due anything wrong there device malfunction was not my fault period 55 dollars to replace a new one.
