Second time the device has gone into a lockout over a power disruption. I’ve checked my battery is fine. It has to do with their faulty system but they charge me 100 to fix the issue. Also haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone in 3 days now, so now I’m paying extra to be locked out of my own vehicle.
Matt, the installer, has been great from install to removal. You don't want to deal with customer service. If they help you with anything it takes a lot of time and effort on your part.
