Messed up my tolling information. Canceled my account while on a tolling form. Unable to get it unlocked. Can’t make a payment or stay in compliance because of their error. No one knows anything or can ever fix anything. It’s a mess. I corrected my reviews after the efforts Isaias took to reach me and resolve my issue. I really appreciate that kind of listening and understanding. It don’t start great but it ended well. My circumstance will not be like many. Thank you Isaias for all of your help.
