Dude! Dont get intoxilock!! Go with any of the other types of interlock programs!! The thing is huge, cords everywhere, loud, goes off all the time, the mouth piece falls off, testing process is 3 inhale 2 exhale 3 inhale in on blow and always makes you retest. Getting enrolled wasnt that bad. But got the run around a little... the second they dont update your paperwork or orders or you need them to fix something you cant get a hold your your rep or whatever and get the call center in like India or whatever.
Great place for service. They were short staffed so my service took an extra 3 hours. Time and communication were the only reason for the drop in ratings. Need to have quicker updates if it's gonna take longer. 2 to 4 hour service took 7 hours
I was hung up on by supervisor because I told her to stop talking over me. Not treated with respect. Not treated as a customer. No professionalism
