Intoxalock has the worst support of any business I've dealt with..this device drains your battery at a high rate of speed ...nearly have to jumpstart the car everyday .. Will in the end, ruin your alternator..and by the look of all the a sees from support ..it's autogenerated with same responses. I didn't really care for how I was trained on it and it was a little upsetting and nervous when I got stuck in traffic and had to blow again but one of your representatives or your employee contacted me and helped smooth out a lot of the problems she was very polite and patient and kind I'm lucky to have her as my main person she was great my experience has improved since we talked with each other she's a permanent contact in my phone now
