Past Review/ 2023-Febuary 2025 ( keep reading ) Device does not work. It drains your battery causing many other issues with vehicle. Put new battery in and now device will not sync leaving me once again stranded. How the hell am I supposed to get home or to work!!!!! Unable to reach anyone, through phone or live chat, to schedule or confirm device removal. No confirmation from app, on hold for over 45 minutes. Unable to remove device after completing lease term and all requirements without work order from Intoxalock. The worst customer service from any company I have ever encountered and I have to assume at this point it is intentional.
They refuse help and don't know how to work their equipment... They were sent to work orders to clear a lockout. We were there Jan 24th 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and their device in house was only giving a error and a 5-minute countdown and they refused to troubleshoot it. I had to call customer service three times that night to get the phone number for the service center support that they need to call to troubleshoot. No one picked up the phone to troubleshoot.
