Aubre was very kind and his training was excellent.
Installation of my ignition interlock device went extremely well. The staff member who did my installation was polite & professional, but also kind & non-judgmental. He answered all of my questions thoroughly & gave me plenty of time to practice using the device. I have had the device for about a month now, and so far no problems have come up. Hopefully the rest of my time with Intoxalock will go just as smoothly.

Brandon is a top notch professional. He is very polite and patient.
Let’s start with the tech. He was very knowledgeable about the system and what foods to avoid and medications to avoid that will set it off. He trained me very well on the device and gave an amazing tips on how use it with out blowing your lungs out. If you know you know. Overall hate the way to this problem but glad to know that this company and its works are really here for people who make mistakes.
