Absolutely the least helpful people ive ever met. Unable do maintaince on the car that the device is installed into but also cant it off for another mechanic to pick up their incompetence. Absolutely worse service ive ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Calling yourselves a service center is completely dishonest and will do the absolute most to give you the least amount of information possible.

He was helpful and gave us a new working unit which has not messed up since. The one that was placed in our car two days was a refurbished unit that kept having pump failures and we couldn’t start the car so I missed a lot of appointments for my Breast Cancer back in Charlotte. So glad this one is working so far.
